I have grown up a lot sincei first started this blog. Im still a very judgemental person. However the changes in my life have made me to be more positive and a LITTLE open mind. I learned that i need to get rid of the negitive people in my life. That was my first step. One day at a time . :)

Day 1 Week 2

week 2 is underway … this week i will be more natural with what i put in my body … lets see what this can do for me :) mediation coming right up !

almost done with week one

ive almost finished with week one of my mediatation goal. I have already put my positive attitude into making a not so friend co exsistance a much better one. Its all about communication and understanding that person . we are all from different walks of life and we have to understand that makes us who we are . im feeling happy and refreshed with this new out look

i posted before that i was planting some fun stuff in the back to help with some peaceful mediation. Watering them .. well remembering to water them is actually quite a serene thing, its so bizzare if you really think about it on what that water is doing for them … its helping them grow and thrive. Those plants we walk by everyday not even thinking about that they live for us and our oxygen. It started to rain today and i was so excited for the natural waters to feed my plants :) it was an amazing thing. When the rain wasnt so hard i went out and meditated in the rain. The feeling was so fulfilling . I cant even explain it. Im only half way into my FIRST of 8 weeks and im already having such a better appreciation for life, nature and my surrounding world

ive been working on my happy place , which is where ill be meditation will be happening … flowers , fire :) all that relaxing stuff ! but im learning that even through preparing that i find relaxation and serenity in doing that :)

Meditation week 1 of 8 week challenge

As of now even though im addicted to the meditation and the feeling it gives me i havent felt any change. So im probably gonna update once a week . However i will post tips daily . Im getting a lot of positive words from those who are finding them useful and some who are even trying meditation for the first time :) … im glad to bring ppl to such a great thing that can help with just being so at peace with their selves. i wish i found it earlier in life

Day 1 

day 1 of meditation make over is today. Im preparing my back patio area for a great mediatation area. Im loving it , i planted some jasmine so i smells gorgeous out there.

Meditation tip 2- if you are meditating with music, use an ipod or anything with headphones so you can block out the outside noise whether it be an AC or cars driving
